Meri Aashiqui ab Tum Hi Ho

“I saw dream yesterday night
My child is running around with the face bright
I opened my arms to hug him tight
But my eyes got open due to morning light”

Thank you shona. Thank you for giving me this dream. Day’s are not far enough when my dream will be realized truly. I will be father soon.

You keeps complaining me about the amount of time I am giving you off late. But you know what,

“Meri baaton mein tera zikr sadaa
Meri yaad mein teri fikr sadaa
Main jo bhi hoon tum hi to ho
Mujhe tum se mili apni adaa”

I don’t remember a day without your thoughts. I remember countless thanks I gave you without your knowledge, without words, every day, every night, before sleeping and after waking. Have you ever felt something missing, incomplete and empty? Yes, I do feel every time when I disappoints you, when I fights with you, when I argue with you. Thank you for giving me feeling of soul – mate. My life will be definitely incomplete if I hadn't connected with you. It’s simple phenomena and yet so much difficult to explain.

“Kyunki tum hi ho, ab tum hi ho
Zindagi ab tum hi ho..
Chain bhi, mera dard bhi
Meri aashiqui ab tum hi ho”

I am super excited but as you know my expression of excitement is not the fire with fuel. But we are standing at the corner of the road of life where our life going to take a new turn, a new story will be written altogether fresh.

Word’s are not enough today, my thoughts are not complete today, doesn't matter. I know you will be always with me, completely.

Thank You.

Babu Moshai......Zindagi badi honi chahiye Lambi nai

I M BACK J J

‘Haan aa gaye janab, Kahan the itne dino se’

Kya batau aapko dosto mein ab ‘gruhgrashthi’ wala ban gaya hoon

‘Saale….Shaadi ho gayi teri’

Haan….shaadi ke side wide upar niche aaju baaju saare effects b ho gaye

It has been six months now, And yes wonderful six months with 360 degree experience. Everything I have experience in last six months to last forever. And what trigger me to write this blog was Late Mr. Rajesh Khanna.

There was a continuous running of Rajesh Khanna on TV channels in last days…….and Dialogue which I remember always is

Zindagi Badi Honi Chahiye, Lambi Nahi Babu Moshai.'

'Babumoshai, zindagi aur maut uparwale ke haath hai jahanpanah. Usse na toh aap badal sakte hain na main. Hum sab toh rangmanch ki kathputhliyan hain jinki dor uparwale ki ungliyon main bandhi hain. Kab, kaun, kaise uthega yeh koi nahi bata sakta hai. Ha, ha, ha.'

How true it is?

Shat Pratishat Saty Vachan

Why we are here after all, No one know before time. It’s all fate and destination takes you down to your road. And we just pretend to act like we are doing it. Is that any difference between us and cartoon you see on cartoon network.

Array yaar tu toh serious ban gaya shaadi ke baad…..Kahan gaya woh Shank…jo badi badi baatein karta tha….tu toh badal gaya dost…

Change is need and your need keeps on changing. How long you will fight till your last night? Is it worthy to spend whole life running or you want to be last man winning?

What is your end need……To have happy family, mom, dad, brother, sister, wife and children…..play in front of you..everyone is joking around with each other….everyone is happy…mentally, physically….everyone is good at their health and wealth…..thats it….What else u want?

Saale sab toh aa gaya ismein….

Naa, sab kuch nai aaya ismien….there is lot of things for which people around me keeps on running…giving priority….parties…pubs…high societies…big money…big friend circles…social networking….affairs...and so n so…..but does this all meet what you need in the end? Answer is Big NO

It's simple to be happy but difficult to be simple

And simplicity is something with you make people around you happy..especially your family..

I may not sounding conclusive at the end but my journey is still WIP (work in progress)….

Sirf upparwala janta hai jahanpanha. Kab kisse kahan se khushiyan milegi ….Hum to sirf rangmanch ki kutputliya hai jinki dor uparwale ki ungliyon main bandhi hain …..

Just don’t hurt anyone and if you did by mistake…don’t forget to apologies for it….You will feel good….Lagi shart….100 rupiye ki J J

I shall always be there

When you are alone, lost and scared,
Look around you for I shall be there,
With your every footstep, in your every heartbeat,
In joy, in grief, in every bliss.
I shall be there in your every little wish.

With the rhythms of life your melodies may change,
The songs may die, the lights may fade....
But when darkness comes darkening your day,
I shall burn to light your way.

Days may turn to weeks or years,
You will find me shedding away your tears.
With the vows of contentment, I stand by your side,
Beautifying your existence, in you I bide.

With you beside, I shall conquer my world,
Walk away and watch me fall.
For the colors of your presence makes me hail,
Strip me of it, and watch me fail.

A touch from your soul and I ride unafraid,
break away and watch me fade.
The deeper you love, the higher I'll fly,
Push me away and watch me die.

With the flow of time which none can say
For the paths of life are tinged with grey,
If destiny takes us far away,
Or into deaths embrace if I may stray,
Weep not for me, shed not in vain,
A drop of tear in my name....

And someday if you wish me gone,
I shall melt away into a new dawn,
And all that shall remain are the whispers of my prayer,
But until that day, I shall always be there.

On Sachin Tendulkar

Something worth being proud of - Time Magazine's quote on Sachin:

" When Sachin Tendulkar travelled to Pakistan to face one of the finest bowling attacks ever assembled in cricket, Michael Schumacher was yet to race a F1 car, Lance Armstrong had never been to the Tour de France, Diego Maradona was still the captain of a world champion Argentina team, Pete Sampras had never won a Grand Slam. When Tendulkar embarked on a glorious career taming Imran and company, Roger Federer was a name unheard of; Lionel Messi was in his nappies, Usain Bolt was an unknown kid in the Jamaican backwaters. The Berlin Wall was still intact, USSR was one big, big country, Dr Manmohan Singh was yet to "open" the Nehruvian economy. It seems while Time was having his toll on every individual on the face of this planet, he excused one man. Time stands frozen in front of Sachin Tendulkar. We have had champions, we have had legends, but we have never had another Sachin Tendulkar and we never will."

Chartered Financial Analysts

It is not a child's play to become a Chartered Financial Analyst or CFA. Only one in five people clear all the three levels of the CFA program as well as fulfill the professional experience requirements to become a CFA charter holder. However, successful candidates enjoy benefits of the strong global networking of CFAs which provides them with unrivalled opportunities in the investment industry.

The boom in Asian financial markets, led by China and India present some of the best opportunities for aspiring Financial Analysts while more mature markets such as Australia, Hong King and Singapore and investment banks, investment firms, insurance companies, mutual funds, pension funds, and general banks also offer leading roles to deserving candidates.

Eligibility for a CFA program

The CFA program is considered a benchmark for finance professionals in professional excellence, competency, analytical skills, and integrity. In June 2010, about 1,40,000 candidates from 160 countries enrolled for the program, out of which about 9% candidates were Indians. Anyone with a bachelor's degree in any discipline or appearing for the final year exams of their bachelor's degree can enroll for the CFA program.

Many of the candidates who apply for CFA program have full-time jobs as Research Analysts, Accountants, Auditors, Corporate Financial Analysts, Consultants, Portfolio Managers, Investment Banking Analysts, Relationship Managers, Financial Advisors, Risk Managers, Traders, Brokers, Strategists, and Private Bankers.

Where to study for the CFA programme?

The CFA Institute is a global association of investment professionals that works on a not-for-profit basis and awards the CFA charters to successful candidates. It also offers a range of educational programs and services through its member societies. Currently, it has 122 CFA Programme Partners worldwide, with 29 in the Asia Pacific Region.

Currently, CFA does not have an official partner to offer programs in India. ICFAI does offer CFA programs but its programs are not affiliated with the CFA Institute and are not the same as the globally recognized CFA charter offered by the CFA Institute. The CFA exams were conducted in India for the first time in India on 4th and 5th December, 2010 in Bangalore, Mumbai, and New Delhi, with the permission of the Delhi High Court.

The CFA program is basically a self-study graduate-level program and is not approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and any investment professional who meets all the requirements of the exams are eligible to receive a CFA charter. The CFA organizes the CFA Institute Global Investment Research Challenge every year and in 2010, as many as 28 Indian universities participated in it, including IIMs, JBIMS, SP Jain, and ISB.

The CFA has also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) last year to jointly organize financial and investment training programmes in India through its National Institute of Securities Markets. Soon, CFA will be offering education programs to prepare candidates for a wide range of investment specialties that are hot in demand across the world.

Where Can a Chartered Financial Analyst Apply for a Job?

With liberalization and globalization in the financial services sector - money markets, merchant banks, international banks, lease finance institutions, portfolio management services, mergers and acquisitions, factoring services and other related services - the need of skilled finance professionals with a global perspectives is constantly on rise. Chartered financial analysts (CFA) have managerial skills with specialization in the following core areas:
  • Corporate Finance and Control: Corporate finance is about optimum mobilization and utilization of financial resources in short-term and long-term in domestic and overseas markets and includes treasury management.
  • Information Technology: Finance professionals with IT skills are much in demand and CFA professionals trained in high-end ERP packages like SAP, Oracle applications, or Baan draw high salaries.
  • International Finance and Risk Management: Rupee can now be converted on current account and the future of convertibility on the capital account looks bright too. Besides, growth in exports and imports require personnel who understand the nuances of international finance, risk management, and international capital markets.
  • Investment Banking and Financial Services: The growing field of investment banking needs personnel who can offer advisory services to corporate clients, financial consultancy services, help with mergers and acquisitions, and formulate nursing and rehabilitation programmes for sick units. Asset-based financial services want CFAs for leasing and hire purchase. Allied services such as stock brokering, marketing of public issues, National Stock Exchange (NSE) dealership, share registry, venture capital assistance, and loan syndication also require financial experts.
  • Investment Management: CFAs cab work well as portfolio managers whose job involves the balancing of risks and rewards for the mutual fund investors by successful portfolio management.
Thus, the scope for a certified CFA professional is virtually limitless. The Reserve Bank of India, the Industrial Finance Corporation of India (IFCI), the International Development Bank of India (IDBI), and the Indian Railways recognize the CFA programme and employ trained CFAs. A trained CFA can also become an independent business consultant or join an existing consultancy or Chartered Accountancy firm. The excellent career growth of successful CFA candidates in the path is quite encouraging too and provides an edge to the recent pass-outs in terms of global networking and recognition.

Career Path and Salary of a Chartered Financial Analyst

Freshers with American CFA earn around Rs 6 to 9 lakh per annum while those with work experience may get a package up to 25 lakhs per annum. The final step on the career ladder of a Chartered Financial Analyst is usually the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) designation.

Lessons from 'Men in Blue' - A Rise of Team India

Well here is my bit of learning’s from Champion Team India. It’s a Rise from a dream to a reality.

We are in the modern age of entertainment where sports itself is an industry and has a bigger story to tell not only to sportsmen but also to the likes of vivid mango people, a politicians, a businessman, corporate, students, etc. After all, star like Sachin Tendulkar, Michael Jordon much more than an average, mid sized company and now adding to the list MS Dhoni. Star like Sachin, Dhoni are itself industries in their own right.

These sports goliaths operate in a ruthless environment where success and failure are defined with the end of day results. You can either win or lose, no amount of creative campaign, notorious politics, bold Bollywood can conceal the truth of that terrible moments – the final whistle. And here are the notes of learning throughout of the ‘Men in Blue’ journey called as Cup that Counts…….

Lesson 1:  Have a Dream, Vision, Bigger picture in place

Indian team had a vision, mission or dream to win a world cup not for themselves but for Sachin, for country, for team. And team started preparing towards that more than year back. And if you look at the recent records of India before world cup, they have been gradually raising the bar of performance.

No doubt, Indian team did face some setbacks during the journey, they lost to SA, they became complacent and managed a tie with England, they had no easy game but when time demands they fought back really well to pull it back. And in the process they themselves got believed that they can turn around from any situation, they are battle hardened and team had a bigger vision, they could let these things to and regroup to accomplish bigger task. And peak when it is required.

Lesson 2: Leadership

Any truly successful team, organization or country requires strong and committed leadership. And team can have only one leader. Team India lead by MS Dhoni and he leads by example. He always gives the team a 100% of his effort and his energy. He never loses his temper. He is a great strategist. He has got fantastic ideas on the field. And he canvasses opinions and then he makes his own assessments.

Couple of decisions he took during knock out stage of the world cup were a great example of how convince he was on his thoughts. Even many cricket pundits have been surprised by the moves but he didn’t alter his plan and that’s what inspire team to justify and take responsibility to deliver the things on behalf of leader.

Whenever team faulted on occasion, Dhoni accepted responsibility for the team performance. Dhoni’s confidence and self-belief remained rock solid. He took the criticism in a positive stride and worked hard with his team to meet the challenge and win the world cup.

Lesson 3: Winning is about teamwork

The important thing to build a team is, to build relationships, to build trust. And probably the most significant thing that happened to team India has been the relationship that they have built. And it takes time. Through these relationship they have built trust within the team and once you have trust what happen is people take responsibility. People will believe in each other and support them. Its to provide a structure to people. It’s to tell people that they are moving towards something other than their individual glory.

Dhoni will be seldom heard saying, “I,” he is a big advocate of a joint effort and always mentions it to be a team effort rather than his alone. He often uses, “us,” and he is very blunt and honest. He will praise the players where they deserve it and also point out mistakes. He always exudes the oneness in the team.

Lesson 4: Focus on Core Strength

'Jack of all trades and master of none' - this maxim is very true as far as management is concerned. Focus on core strength is necessary for the immediate health of the brand as a whole.

Although India constantly strived to improve the bowling and fielding quality of team India but it did not lose its focus on the core strength, i.e., batting. A successful run chase in knock out matches is an example of this.

Lesson 5: Flexibility

Ability to adapt and respond to the changing environment and to constructively create opportunities for change through active participation is a must for any business. Indian team realized this fact and adapted it to the changing environment. Be it playing in foreign land or acclimatizing to new improved version of cricket. Men in blue have been successful everywhere. They beat Australia, Pakistan and Sri Lanka all three different teams with different strengths.

Lesson 6: Strategy Formation

The formulation of a sound strategy facilitates a number of actions and desired results that would be difficult otherwise. A strategic plan, when communicated to all members of an organization, provides employees with a clear vision of what the purposes and objectives of the firm are.

That is what Indian team precisely did. As batting has always been the core strength of Indian cricket team, the new strategy of team was to improve bowling and fielding department on occasion. Result of which is reflected in the performance of Indian team. It was surprised fielding efforts against Australia did the trick for India and surprised bowling efforts did the trick against Pakistan.

Lesson 7: Award Responsibility to the Players

One last thing which Indian team implemented is that players are awarded with responsibility. They are encouraged to think for team and themselves both and take charge of their own destiny. A rise of Yuvraj Singh, Confidence of Raina, Belief of Zaheer are only because of sense of responsibility they felt for every game. The greatest learning from Team India I can think of is that how to get best out of the people.

It might appear that since India won world cup all of a sudden all looks very positive. But again, this is what corporate life is all about, keep wining….

Accepting No Limit              Alternative Thinking            Driving Positive Changes

Harsha Bhogle's note after Ind-SA match

Remember when you failed an examination. How many people recall that, your class, friends, relatives? You failed to make it to the IITs or IIMs. Who remembers. How many times have you had the feeling of being the best in your class, school , university, state….., you failed to get a visa stamped this quarter…, you missed a promotion this year…, how did it feel when you dad told you in your early twenties that you are good for nothing…..and now your boss tell you the same....

You keep introspecting and go into a shell when people most of whom don’t matter a dime in your life criticize you, back bite you, make fun of you. You are left sad and shattered and you cry when your own kin scoffs at you. You say I am feeling low today. It takes a lot from us to come out of these everyday situations and move on. A lot??? really?

Now here’s a man standing on the third man boundary in the last over of a world cup match. The bowler just has to bowl sensibly to win this game. What the man at the boundary sees is 4 rank bad bowls bowled without any sense of focus, planning or regret. India loses, yet again in those circumstances when he has done just about everything right.

He does not cry. Does not show any emotion. Just keeps his head down and leaves the field. He has seen these failures for 22 years now. And not just his class, relatives, friends but the whole world has seen these failures. We are too immature to even imagine what goes on in that mind and heart of his. That’s why I would never want to be Sachin.

True, he has single handedly lifted to moods of this entire nation umpteen number of times. He has been an inspiration to rise above our mediocrity. Nobody who has ever lifted the willow even comes close to this man’s genius. His dedication and metal strength is unparallel. This is specially for those people who would have made fun of him again last night when India lost. They are people who are mediocre in their own lives. Who just scoff at others to create cheap fun. Who have lived in a small hole throughout their lives and thought they have seen the oceans.

Think about the man himself. He is 37 years of age. He has been playing almost non stop for 22 years. The way he was running and diving around the field last night would have put 22 year olds to shame. The way he played the best opening quickies in the world was breathtaking. He just keeps getting better which is by the way humanly impossible. Its not for nothing that people call him GOD.

But still I don’t want to be in those shoes. We struggle in keeping our monotonous lives straight, lives which affect a limited number of people. Imagine what would be the magnitude of the inner struggle for him, pain both mental and physical, tears that have frozen with time, knees and ankles and every other joint in the body that is either bandaged or needs to be attended to every night, eyes that don’t sleep before a big game, bats that have scored 99 international tons and still see expectations from a billion people.

And he just converts those expectations into reality. We watch in awe, feel privileged.Well I think its time that his team realizes that enough is enough. They have an obligation, not towards their country alone but towards sachin. They need to win this one for him. Stay assured that he himself will still deliver and leave no stone unturned to make sure India wins this cup.

This is not just a game, and he is not just a sportsman. Its much more than this. Words fail here.....

More I know you....More I love you

Yesterday we had a discussion where you ended it with this line “Most important for me is you else apart everything”. Well do you know how much effect this statement have on me? Isn’t it enough that it forced me to write again something for you.

Wondering with the line when we say “I’ll always be there for you”. Don’t you feel that we feel secured when we heard this from each other. And even if the rain is pouring hard and thunder storm shattering earth but we will never leave each other so we won’t feel alone. Even if the friends and people around us left, but we would stay each others side, just not to feel alone.

You will have me who will be willing to listen you, understand you in your every frustration, in your every depressing moments, every down moments, every self worthless realization moments, I will be there, not because you want me to be with you, but because I want to be with you. I want this world around us feel agony of our bonding not just to show how much we love but to tell them how much we understand and how much happiness we can share in every aspect of the life.

I will be always appreciating you for your every little effort, every little thing you will do, if not in public then don’t get disappointed because in heart. Even a smile of your would mean a lot to me, just because you own that smile, and that even if no words are expressed as long as the eyes understand, you’d be able to communicate, just like now, hug me.

You remember I told you that I love you for who you are. I may not have an answer when you ask me why, but really I don’t have to have any reasons for loving you.

I am grateful to have you. We It may just be coincidence or fate but whatever the reason is, I have to be thankful in having you the same way you are thankful for having me.

I know how difficult these days for you. And when you feel that you are on verge of giving up the things you’ve worked hard for, I know you wont give up but still in those moments look at me, I wont just help you to carry that weight but I will carry it on my own because I’d also be in pain when you are in pain. And then you'll realize, trials would all be worth it as long as you have me, not because I would do things for you, but because you gather all the strength you need, in me and my love.

One compliant you are having that I am not expressing explicitly my feelings for you but believe me when we’re apart, and days seem to be long. I miss you. We fight over that feelings because we are looking forward to seeing each other, and that’s something to be happy about. Isn’t it?

I care and I care enough to think of you and what you will be someday. But of course, I also want you to be part of my thoughts. You to be part of my journey. You to be my crorepatni.

You know, you can be who you really are with me. No pretend, no lies, no hypocrisy, because I accept you for who you are. You can be funny, you can be embarrassed, you can be fat or mad but it won’t matter now coz it doesn’t matter to me. Trust and faith in each other keeps us alive. And it will always do.

There will be days, moments that because of distraction, you may not hear my inner voice, my love for you but as long as you feel it, my efforts will paid off. And when you will feel the same way as I do…. I would feel as if I’m the luckiest person alive. I know for sure, you will feel absolutely same way.

Being Master of the Market? Nope

Wondering with the stint I had have with the market or I say bazaar, share bazaar J. Market itself is the universe where you learn a lot with in yourself. Believe me markets makes you learn so much that you wont ever find out anywhere.

Whatever you are trader, investor, hedger or speculator every one wants their bets (oopss did I used right word) should go right. Everyone wants to be master of market. But you can not be a good trader, investor, hedger or speculator till you really want that you should mastered/ will master the market.

A simple question pop up in my mind “can you ever become GOD?” Nope. You can only become one with him and that happens only when one surrenders the ego. Yes “ego”.  Why we all are so fond of god? Because we know that we can not be god ever. Same way have you ever wondered why do markets have this crazy attraction? I myself getting crazy towards it. Why do people become so addicted to them? The first reason may be the elusive and illusive nature of the market. Whatever we can’t master becomes attractive to us; be it God, market or a beautiful lady!

We want to KNOW the market, something that we can’t do. All the efforts to master the market are driven by our egotism. But one must remember: Market is a place where you become the master through a complete surrender. There is no place for ego here. You accept all the commandments of the market. If you had thought that it would go up and it goes down; accept the fact wholeheartedly without feeling any injury to your ego. Don’t say: how can the market contradict ME! If you don’t accept the markets as they are, you will be left an emotional wreck.

Make one thing sure that you are not controlling the market, Market is controlling you. Up, down, bull, bear whatever be the market your emotions gets controlled by the market. One universal rule I want to mention here is that “Money can not be created in market, it just transferred from one person to other” so for every happiness you have in market, there has to be sadness to rebalance.

Trading in the markets is a journey in self-discovery. You venture out to discover the secret of the market and end up discovering yourself. You discover your impatience, your inner fears, your greed etc. In sum, you are forced to reassess yourself. After all these aspects of your personality are discovered, it is up to you whether you have the guts to come to terms with all the universal human emotions. I don’t say that you will eradicate these from your system. Here also only an acceptance of these will lead to a position when you do not resign to these temptations. The key is to gain objectivity. Courage is not the absence of fear but its conquest. When you are able to withstand your own frailties and become successful as a trader, you will realize that all through your own self was the biggest obstacle and the markets never stopped you from being successful. You yourself were the impediment. Even after this success, you realize that you have still have not mastered the market but conquered your own self. You can even find God through surrender of the self.

Remember: Market like God is not mastered/its realized.

Know then thyself.

It is all in your mind

The business executive was deep in debt and could see no way out.

Creditors were closing in on him. Suppliers were demanding payment. He sat on the park bench, head in hands, wondering if anything could save his company from bankruptcy.

Suddenly an old man appeared before him.

"I can see that something is troubling you," he said.

After listening to the executive's woes, the old man said, "I believe I can help you."

He asked the man his name, wrote out a check, and pushed it into his hand saying, "Take this money. Meet me here exactly one year from today, and you can pay me back at that time."

Then he turned and disappeared as quickly as he had come.

The business executive saw in his hand a check for $500,000, signed by John D. Rockefeller, then one of the richest men in the world!

"I can erase my money worries in an instant!" he realized. But instead, the executive decided to put the uncashed check in his safe.
Just knowing it was there might give him the strength to work out a way to save his business, he thought.

With renewed optimism, he negotiated better deals and extended terms of payment. He closed several big sales. Within a few months, he was out of debt and making money once again.

Exactly one year later, he returned to the park with the uncashed check. At the agreed-upon time, the old man appeared. But just as the executive was about to hand back the check and share his success story, a nurse came running up and grabbed the old man.

"I'm so glad I caught him!" she cried. "I hope he hasn't been bothering you. He's always escaping from the rest home and telling people he's John D. Rockefeller."

And she led the old man away by the arm.

The astonished executive just stood there, stunned. All year long he'd been wheeling and dealing, buying and selling, convinced he had half a million dollars behind him.

Suddenly, he realized that it wasn't the money, real or imagined, that had turned his life around. It was his new found self-confidence that gave him the power to achieve anything he went after.

Use your imagination and create the world you want to be in...it is the easiest choice you can make to turn your life around and make a huge shift in your life style.

Kuch Baatein - Dil se

Ehsas mohobatt ke leke in ankhon mein jab nikal pade the hum
Ladte, struggle karke dilon mein chaap chhoda karte hai hum
Par ab wohi chaapo ko yaad karte hue hum
Kabhi has aur kabi ro padte hai hum

Khwabo-khayalo ki baatein karte hai hum
Aur kabhi inhi khayalo mein kho jate hai hum
Dil se dil ke awaaz sun lete hai hum
Aur kabhi yehi dil ko rula dete hai hum

Din bhar baat karne ko taraste hai hum
Aur ratko who hi baat pe jagad padte hum
Jagadte jagadte kuch thak se jate hai hum
Aur phir ekduje ko manaya bhi karte hai hum

Phir subah hote hi khush ho jate hai hum
Aur phir se pyari batein kiya karte hai hum
Phir ehsas mohbatt ka leke ankhon se baat kiya karte hai hum
Ladte struggle karke dono dilon mein chaap chooda karte hai hum

Lazy Day !!

Early Morning Dew on leaf,
but her eyes last nite could hardly sleep.
Day is bright,
but her sinchan nature is on strike.

Birds are singing song,
but she is mum with a tongue which is long.
Sun is shinning,
but she is hardly smiling.

Roads are crowded,
but her mind silently shouted.
Sir in class is teaching,
but  her  mind cheating.

At home all are having breakfast,
but she is having fast.
At office all are busy,
but she is still lazy.

Itz tym 2 go,
Its tym 2 go.

Hey Lazy mind wake up,
Hey Long tongue speak up,
Sinchan get up,
coz 2day is wednesday
so heart's pump up. :-)

A letter to Heart !!

Dear Heart,

I know you’re being very happy and satisfied right now, I feel it too. Things happen in last couple of weeks are seems to be like a dream coming true. I am sorry now, you have to be with her because your place in me has been already taken by her heart. I’m very sorry I can’t do anything much to stop her heart taking place of yours. But do you know that both hearts are dancing on the same beat? Don’t worry she will protect you same way as I do.

Do you know that you never ever follow the rule where mind do. The mind thinks where you only feel. Emotions, feelings, love, they are always around you and now you got someone with whom you can share all your emotions, I am feeling jealous of yours.

You know with the time, lot of responsibility will be come on you, you have to make everyone happy specially to her. So, don’t make any mistakes, even though you are human heart but take care of every situation artistically. You can’t turn back time and do a correction because you don’t have eraser to do that.

Trust your innocence, trust your love, trust on trust someone else have on you, see the dreams someone have seen with you, you don’t want to break them at all, don’t you? Play on the safe side, Heart.

And you know what, you have your own grace and that’s the reason you are getting admired by her. You don’t have that flamboyance kind of attitude but you have insane sweep of emotions, flicking of expressions. You are just a heart of a man and she is the only woman who provoked the desires that no other woman has ever been able to do. It may sound indecent but if you look at the honesty of it then you won’t find anything wrong in it. It’s just a wish, one of the countless wishes I will carry to live with her.

Heart, you know she is now intriguing part of my life. Why? Very few relationships grows so strong very fast. People say relationship that grew fast are shallow kind of. But I don’t think that’s hold true for us. I can’t say how much of our nature/behavior helped it and believe me I am not afraid of anything at all. Because we have started this relationship with what we are , not we pretend to be. May be it was planned for us to stay this way, may be it is destined to stay this way.

You have been the reason behind many of my smiles. I thank you for everything.  God bless you. Bbye. Take care.  :-)

Second Inning officially!!

Guys before you run your mind somewhere else let me tell you that don’t think anything else after reading the title of the blog, come along with me I will take you where I want you all to go. Sorry to disappoint many people (or many had felt good about it) otherwise :D. ok still you don’t know what I am talking about than check out my previous posts…. Getting committed :)

At this point of time, I am in a very different state of mind where I can’t believe that I have already taken up the decision with whom I will be sharing my rest of life. Just few days back, every morning I wake up and wonder how life will take a turn and where it will go? Who will be going to share my life, everyday after returning back from work watching TV and wondering with the emptiness for the rest of the day. Now people don’t think that I am very pathetic and sad person, this is just highlights of the thoughts I had but now I am so excited, I know she will not make me feel alone any moment, she will be there to listen me, talk with me, to make me happy, to keep me busy…..hehehe

I have been completely enjoying every moment of the post-official engagement preps. Here are some fun moments -

The Father-in-Law   (Dharmendra Paaji)

Very first day after retaliating so much they went for shopping and that too for me : ) and that too in RAYMOND shop (read Raymond in bold)..lolzz.. He call up me from the shop

FIL : Hello, why you were not picking up my call?
Me : (Abhi inko kya bolun mein) Hello, I was getting refreshed.

FIL : Refreshed for what? (in mind he might be thinking that I am going for date with his daughter)
Me : Just came from office. So tell me how come you call me up today? (cutting down the conversation)

FIL : I am in Raymond shop to buy clothes for you (read Raymond in bold) just wanted to know your choice
Me : (wondering what was real purpose of calling me) it’s ok, I am fine with any of your choice (unless it is really from Raymond)

FIL : They won’t exchange afterwards
Me : (I am not mad to come back to you with clothes again) I am confident with your choice… ddaa…..dd :P

The Mother-in-Law  "Eat Eat Beta... How Thin You Are"

MIL Scene no 1 - "Shankar, eat more... so thin you are... else you won't look good in shaadi"

MIL Scene no 2 - “Shankar, take some more… so thin you are... else you won't look good in shaadi"

MIL Scene no 3 (looking at me from head to toe) - " so thin you are... else you won't look good in shaadi"

The Subconscious Sixth Sense

Do you know that I am a very good listener? I will listen to you even if you talk to me while I am asleep.  : ) No, really! I can listen you and now I have to listen you quietly all the time. Obviously, kaun dimag kharab karega apna : D

Stop Confusing Me!

She (to me) : “You are such a nice person! Be like this after marriage also okay?”

She(to me the very next day) : “will you be like this after marriage also kya?”

Lesson learnt : Only listen, don’t think :)

Me (deciding to join in action) - "I miss you so much that I started missing you even if you are with me…lolzz just kidding baccha…love you shona!!"

That's all folks!

Will update you all after some days. I am on a month (probably) long (I wish this new feelings stay longer period) post engaged period, let me enjoy the most beautiful time of the love, when you get love without asking for it
:):)
